I started up Georgia Reputation Marketing this month because of all the changes with Google in the last few months…
Now, if you search any business PLUS the city… their reputation is right there for the world to see…
I’ve spent days now talking to local businesses with bad reviews online and the response has been… OUTSTANDING.
But a range of emotions… for sure…
Some didn’t even know they existed and they were pissed. Fuming…
Some knew they existed but didn’t know what to do about it.
Some knew the person who posted the review and it was an ex-employee or a customer that they couldn’t please…
But whatever the reason… what was the ONE thing they all wanted to know?
HOW to get rid of them?
And that’s when I told them, I have no idea… lol Just kidding…
But seriously, until about a month ago, I didn’t have a system in place to help them.
Sure, I could tell them to ask customers for reviews but guess how many times the customer would really do that? Very few…
And then tell them to monitor the entire internet so that they would know if a bad review was posted and to respond as soon as possible… But the problem was…
WHAT business owner had time for that. And do you know how tough it would be to search all the review sites and figure out if a bad review was posted? You talk about time consuming.
UNTIL NOW…
I have acquired patent pending software that ROCKS>>>
For example, you can put in your business name and it will spit out EVERY bad review online about you… It will show you the review sites, you haven’t claimed and it will give you a bar graph telling you what is your overall reputation online.
Now was exciting.. but it doesn’t stop there.
Once they sign up as a client with me, this software will go throughout the ENTIRE internet EVERY two hours and continue to monitor their reviews… IF a bad review is posted, it’ll email me and let me know in minutes… THEN we can handle the review accordingly.
